Abstract
The abstract begins with an introductory of Web 2.0 and how the educators or teachers are personalising teaching and learning by using Web 2.0. the abstract can be improved by stating the statement of problems so that the readers are clear about the whole concept of the paper. This abstract is also lack in informing the type of methodologies that are used in conducting the study. Furthermore, a proper statement for the findings also need to be further clarified by the authors so the readers know who are the participants of the study.
